We, the dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers who make up the flag industry find ourselves operating in a changing marketplace where “doing it the way we’ve always done it” may no longer get it done. We, as a community of businesses, need stand up for what’s right, for our peers and our industry. We, the leaders of our companies, must prepare and position our teams for success. We must stay fresh and focused in order to motivate, inspire, and lead. We, as a professional network can help each other find improved solutions to familiar challenges to ensure our mutual successes well into the future.
