Member Bio:

David became owner of Columbia Flag & Sign Company in 2010 after 12 years as General Manager.

He and his wife Marie have two boys, Zack and John. John works for the company and Zack is in the SC Army National Guard.

David enjoys family events, traveling, riding and racing dirt bikes, and is an 80’s hairband nut!

He is passionate about charity work and giving back to his community including taking his Therapy Dog JD on hospital visits.

  • Favorite food: Asian all the way, baby!

  • Go-to drink: Bourbon and Coke—together, that is!

  • Favorite hobbies: Boating, hunting, spending time with family, and taking my therapy dog JD on hospital visits. Used to be dirtbike racing until the old age set in!!

  • Favorite podcast: Chin Music—a buddy’s show out of his garage in Charleston, SC

  • TV & movie favorites: MASH* for TV; Young Guns 2 and Dumb and Dumber for movies

  • Favorite place to be: Anywhere fun and lively!! How about a beach in St. Martin. That would be nice!
