President

Stacey has been co-owner of Fly Me Flag in Green Bay, WI, since 2017.

She enjoys country music, hiking, and painting (walls, canvases, and nails) and answers to plant lady, pom-chi mommy, and wifey to Robert.

Stacey is passionate about small, family-run businesses and brick-and-mortar flag stores.

David McGehee
Vice President

David became owner of Columbia Flag & Sign Company in 2010 after 12 years as General Manager.

He and his wife Marie have two boys, Zack and John. John works for the company and Zack is in the SC Army National Guard.

David enjoys family events, traveling, riding and racing dirt bikes, and is an 80’s hairband nut!

He is passionate about charity work and giving back to his community including taking his Therapy Dog JD on hospital visits.

James Giraudo
Treasurer

James has been involved in the flag industry since the age of 13, and started PCF 40 years ago at 15.

His hobbies include model railroading, hiking, and traveling–he has visited all 50 U.S. states!

James was an Officer of the California Highway Patrol for 31 years. Having always had an interest in transportation, his current focus is on the cable cars of San Francisco.

Sheila Norton
Secretary

Along with her husband, Bill, Sheila is the co-founder of The Flagpole Company in Brooklyn, Michigan, which they started in 2000.

She loves traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, and planting flowers.

Sheila enjoys hearing the stories of how their company’s flags and flagpoles impact people all over the country.

Dan Ebersold
Board Member

Dan, along with his wife Anna, opened a second location of Gates Flag & Banner Co. in Forest, VA in 2018. Dan has been involved with the flag business since 2010.

Dan’s interests include golfing, coaching youth sports and spending time with his three children.

He is passionate about the continuing the 150-year legacy of Gates Flag & Banner Company.

Beth joined Ace Flag in 2018 after a lengthy career in "big box" retail.

She enjoys spending time with her husband & two sons, volunteering and gardening at home in Buffalo, New York.

Her passion is small business retail and her family.

Laurie Olsen

Laurie purchased A Stars & Stripes Flag Corporation/ bestcustomflags.com in 2007.

She enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, Glenn, and daughter, Natalie, as much as possible. She also competes in Triathlons and enjoys reading.

Jeff Shaaber

Jeff is a flag industry Veteran since 1993 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales for Atlas Flags.

He enjoys the outdoors, music and socializing with friends and family, especially around a camp fire.

Jeff is passionate about U.S. Flags Made in the USA, and the people who make their livelihood in this industry.

Jake Wharton
Manufacturer Rep.

Jake is the National Sales & Product Manager for Concord American Flagpole.

Before joining the industry in 2021, Jake graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Chemistry. Originally working as a research chemist and contract engineer, he eventually found a career in commercial building products and has since spend several years in sales and product development for various manufacturers specializing in Division 7, 8, 9, and 10 products.

In his free time, he enjoys working on home improvement projects, gardening, and traveling with his wife, Christina.
