Member Bio:
After working in large corporate America for 35 years, Jen joined the family business in 2021. Together with husband/owner Spencer Christiansen they run FlagSource, a 104-year-old manufacturer of flags. Her degree is in accounting, but she has spent the better part of her career in international business, sales and marketing. She is passionate about continuously striving for improvement through process and technology.
Jennifer and Spencer have one son, Spencer Jr. who, at the age of 11, is already on his way to being an entrepreneur.
When not at work you can find Jennifer cooking up a storm for family or the local swim team or happily playing with one of their 3 dogs and 2 cats.
