Member Bio:

Kristin has been President/owner of Flag Center since 2018 but has been involved in the industry since 1993 when her parents bought Flag Center. Their first location was next door to a neighborhood bakery where on Saturday mornings when she helped in the retail store, would pop over to grab a treat. She jokes that gratefully she no longer gets paid in donuts!

She enjoys gardening – growing vegetables & flowers, hiking, and spending time in the Northwoods with her husband and golden retriever. 

Kristin cares deeply about addressing mental health care gaps for veterans, particularly those in underserved communities who face barriers to accessing quality support. She is committed to expanding her involvement in veteran mental health through advocacy, direct service, or collaborative initiatives that ensure no veteran fights alone for their wellbeing.
