Kimberly Dacka is the CEO of Flags USA and has been part of the flag industry for more than 25 years. Growing up in the family business founded by her mother in 1987, Kim developed a deep understanding of the industry from operations and customer service to sales, vendor partnerships, and strategic growth.
She is known for her persistence, problem-solving approach, and willingness to challenge the status quo while building strong relationships throughout the industry. Kim is passionate about contributing to NIFDA, supporting fellow members, and helping strengthen the industry for the next generation.
