Member Bio:
Marine is an independent marketing and business support consultant with over a decade of experience working with small businesses. Her path into the flag industry began while supporting an independent flag dealer, which later led to a referral to the National Independent Flag Dealers Association (NIFDA). She initially joined NIFDA in an administrative support role, and over time her responsibilities expanded as she worked closely with the Board to support communications, events, and member-facing initiatives.
While Marine’s work spans a variety of clients and industries, her collaboration with NIFDA has become a particularly meaningful and enduring partnership. Despite frequent board transitions, she has found a steady role in working alongside NIFDA leadership to strengthen systems, improve communication, and help deliver tangible value to members.
Marine enjoys helping small businesses feel supported, seen, and set up for long-term success. Outside of work, she enjoys a good suspenseful thriller, cooking, gardening, soaking up the sun, and most of all, spending time with her husband and two daughters.
