2025–2026 Board of Directors and Leadership Updates
The National Independent Flag Dealers Association (NIFDA) held its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa in Safety Harbor, Florida. The meeting brought members together to review the association’s progress, leadership updates, and plans for the year ahead.

These meetings play an important role in ensuring transparency, continuity, and strong governance as NIFDA continues to serve independent flag dealers, manufacturers, and industry partners nationwide.
Board Member Nominations for the 2025–2026 Term
In accordance with NIFDA bylaws, the Nominating Committee presented the following slate of officers and directors to the membership:
Kristin Boyle, Flag Center — nominated to begin a new three-year term
Carl “Gus” Porter III, WGN Flag & Decorating Co. — nominated to begin a new three-year term
Jennifer Christiansen, FlagSource — nominated to serve as Manufacturer Representative (one-year renewable term)
Digger Marston, Empower Hardware — nominated to serve as Manufacturer Representative (one-year renewable term)
